Valencia Discover is a free mobile application that allows users to explore and discover points of interest in Valencia through a geolocation system, recording visits and unlocking achievements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the application only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not attempt to manipulate the geolocation system or spoof your location.
Not use offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate usernames.
Not attempt unauthorized access to the application's systems or data.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the application, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, and icons, is the property of DreamHat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any content from the application without prior written authorization.

5. User Accounts

Your account is automatically created using a device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of information about points of interest.
Users are responsible for their own physical safety when visiting locations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
